National Leadership Day

February 20th is National Leadership Day! Here are a few tips and resources for information on being an effective leader. 

"Four essential skills for effective leadership."

Know your strengths and weaknesses.
Always seek out opportunities to grow.

Hello!  I am very happy to be come aboard the I-Know program.
